Cascade Counseling and Consulting is a behavioral health clinic made up of dedicated and skilled mental health and substance use treatment experts in the Portland metro area, serving our local communities and all of Oregon. Our focus is to help individuals identify the problems and struggles in their life, become aware of their inner strengths and create a solution-focused plan to move forward.
