We've built this practice to be something special, to break the mold and to change how mental health and substance use treatment is offered in our community. We believe in social justice, inclusion and want you to have the best experience possible when seeking services. Welcome.

Whether you're "just having a hard time", experiencing a significant life transition, you're feeling extra stress in life right now or your mental health symptoms seem to be getting worse - we promise to be there for you every step of your journey. We know how hard it can be to find someone who "gets it" and our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Our focus is to help individuals identify the problems and struggles in their life, become aware of their inner strengths and create a solution-focused plan to move forward. We will help you do this through assessment and evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, and clinical interventions to best meet your needs.
Life is personal.
Therapy is personal.
We also know that everyone and everything we've experienced help shape who we are. We are a team committed to social justice, equality and inclusion and welcome ALL people to our practice. Our team stands with LGBTQIA+, BLM and persons of color. We support individuals, families and couples in ways that affirm your beliefs and values, shared experiences and our community as a whole.
Covid-19 has proven that we are all resilient. It's also shown us how challenging adjustments can be. Whether you have been navigating remote working, losing a job, graduation, distance learning with your kiddos, parenting dynamics, grief and loss or other adjustment issues, counseling is a great way to process these feelings and find a sense of control and calm in the storm.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Counseling can help you recover the motivation, perspective and joy in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. We all adapt differently to each experience. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after a traumatic event. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
