We are proud to be in network with most major insurance companies, including OHP. Please read the following information so you can better understand your responsibility in this partnership.
We want to support you using your insurance benefits!
It is your responsibility to know and understand your benefits and update us if your benefits change. We are often unable to request authorization if we find out about changes after they've happened, and this may mean you are responsible for the cost of your care.
Payment is due at the time of services, which includes cost of copay or coinsurance. We are happy to accept cash, credit card and HSA payments. We require all clients to have a credit card on file to hold appointments.
We are happy to provide you with a superbill so you can request reimbursement from your insurance for out-of-network services. In some cases, we can attempt to bill your insurance for out-of-network services, but please know you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of therapy.
We are not a "first come, first served" clinic and do our best to match you with the therapist to best meet your needs and preferences. In order to be scheduled for an intake or added to our wait list, you must complete the onboarding and intake documents after speaking to our Client Support team.
