Megan brings extensive experience and expertise to the fields of mental health and executive leadership with my Master of Social Work (MSW) from SUNY at Buffalo and a Graduate Certificate in High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon and is also registered as a Clinical Supervisor for students and new graduates working towards LCSW, LPC and LMFT licensure. Her career is marked by a dedication to improving mental health services and empowering leaders to achieve their highest potential, which is a cornerstone of both her leadership and advocacy to change how behavioral healthcare is provided. 

As the CEO of Cascade Counseling, Megan has successfully led a team of dedicated professionals, delivering exceptional mental health services and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding the services and enhancing the overall impact of our organization within our community. 

In addition to her role at Cascade Counseling, Megan has served as an expert mentor and coach on The Blox, where she provided business and leadership coaching to emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. Her approach combines practical strategies with a deep understanding of human behavior, enabling her clients to overcome challenges and excel in their professional endeavors. Megan's extensive background in mental health, combined with her experience in healthcare executive leadership and business coaching, allows her to offer a unique perspective and a comprehensive approach to leadership development. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive, and is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and innovation in all of her endeavors. 

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, coaching sports and traveling.
