Jill is a second-generation mental health therapist and native of Northeast Portland who now calls Oregon City home. Jill entered the mental health field after thirteen years as a massage therapist and is trained in Tension and Trauma Releasing Excises (TRE), Nutritional Therapy, and many forms of mindfulness giving her a holistic perspective when working with her clients in a clinical setting. She enjoys helping individuals connect with a sense of purpose and ways to thrive including people with various forms of disability and chronic health conditions, trauma histories, and the LBGTQIA+ community. She has experience working with individuals with many forms of neurodivergence as well as survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and combat trauma. She strives for universal access and is delighted to adapt sessions to suit the access needs of her clients.
Jill finds fortitude and inner peace through humor, animals, and taking a break to check in with her breath. Outside of work she raises a hilarious tween boy, a sassy dog, a cool cat, a serene axolotl, and a multitude of plants both indoor and out. Jill is currently a QMHP working under supervision. Jill is currently working with clients ages 16+ and their families.
